Whole wheat Nocciole Pasta

With Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Perfetto Nocciole Pasta
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 200g pumpkin
  • 150g green cabbage
  • 100g snow peas
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 leek
  • 50g extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 stock cubes
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Directions

  • 1.
    Clean all the vegetables and dice small.
  • 2.
    Add all vegetables into a cooking pot, add 2 liters of water and bring to a boil. Add 2 stock cubes and cook for 20 minutes.
  • 3.
    Add the whole wheat Nocciole Pasta to the soup following the package cooking time.
  • 4.
    Add olive oil shortly before serving
