Tikka Masala Pasta ، Indian Style

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Perfetto Low Carb High Protein Fusilli Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 400g can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup Water

Directions

  • 1.
    Boil Perfetto Fusilli pasta, drain and set aside.
  • 2.
    Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
  • 3.
    Heat oil in a large skillet. Add in the garlic and ginger and sauté.
  • 4.
    Add the garam masala, turmeric, chili, cumin, and salt, and cook for one more minute. Pour in the crushed tomatoes with their juice, coconut milk, and water.
  • 5.
    Let simmer for 5-7 minutes. Next, drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to coat the pasta with the sauce. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
  • 6.
    Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes before serving.
