Cook the Perfetto Avemarie Lisce according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Drain again and set aside

Slice tomatoes in half horizontally and scoop out pulp and seeds. Keep the tip or tomatoes top for decoration purposes

Salt insides and rest upside down about 15 min on a sheet pan lined with a wire rack to extract juice

Meanwhile, in a medium pan, fry garlic and onions, add the meat once garlic and onions are golden color and add salt & pepper to taste. Don’t overcook the meat, as it will be baked too

In a mixing bowl, mix together the above meat mixture, the parsley, half of the mozzarella quantity, the precooked Perfetto Avemarie Lisce; add salt and pepper to taste

Stuff tomatoes with the filling, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella, and bake until tomatoes are cooked through and tops are golden brown, about 30 minutes

Plating tips: Can be served on a bed of Avemarie Lisce or / and rice | can add the tomatoes tips / tops to create a surprise dish for your guests
