Mac and cheese samosa pasta and cheese

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g Avemarie Lisce
  • 1/2 stalk Parsley
  • Potato
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese
  • as preferred salt and pepper

Directions

  • 1.
    Cook the pasta according to the directions on the pack
  • 2.
    Mix the three shredded cheese with the pasta
  • 3.
    Fill the samosa sheets with the mix and fold into a triangle
  • 4.
    Fry in oil and decorate with parsley. Serve hot
