INGREDIENTS
- Avemarie Lisce
- Capsicum
- Corn
- Tomato
- Cheddar cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Thyme
Directions
- 1.We prepare the filling by adding a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and then add the chopped tomato until it wilts then add the salt, pepper and thyme
- 2.Then add a cup of the cooked pasta and stir
- 3.Add the rest of the ingredients 1/2 cup of steamed corn, 1/4 cup of sliced olives, 1 capsicum and a 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and mix them well
- 4.Prepare the samosa pastry sheets and fill it with the mix prepared. Then fry them until it changes to golden color and serve
