Pasta samosa With corn and olive

Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • Avemarie Lisce
  • Capsicum
  • Corn
  • Tomato
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Thyme


  • 1.
    We prepare the filling by adding a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and then add the chopped tomato until it wilts then add the salt, pepper and thyme
  • 2.
    Then add a cup of the cooked pasta and stir
  • 3.
    Add the rest of the ingredients 1/2 cup of steamed corn, 1/4 cup of sliced olives, 1 capsicum and a 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and mix them well
  • 4.
    Prepare the samosa pastry sheets and fill it with the mix prepared. Then fry them until it changes to golden color and serve
