INGREDIENTS
- 1 Box Perfetto Spaghetti pasta
- 50 g Half cup dried tomatoes
- 200 g Cup of cherry tomatoes
- 8 prawns
- 3 Table spoon of olive oil
- 5 g Small table spoon salt
- to taste Small table spoon red pepper seeds
- 3 Bay leaf
- to taste Lemon juice
- to taste Grated lemon zest
- to taste Basil leaves
- to taste Dried oregano
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 50 g Cube of butter
Directions
- 1.Bring water to a boil then add salt
- 2.cook Perfetto Spaghetti pasta for 8 to 10 minutes
- 3.Heat the oil in a pan
- 4.Cook the garlic to a golden brown and sauté the shrimp
- 5.Add dried tomatoes and season with salt and dried red pepper seeds
- 6.Pour water over the mixture
- 7.Add bay leaf, lemon juice boil for 10 minutes
- 8.Drain and toss the pasta with the sauce and stir
- 9.Add cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, basil leaves and big table spoon of butter and stir
- 10.Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and garnish with basil leaves
- 11.Served hot, fresh and delicious
