Pesto Spaghettini Pasta

Cooking Time: 30 minutes


  • 1 pack Spaghettini Pasta
  • 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 C Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C Chicken broth
  • 1/2 TSP Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 C Fresh Thyme
  • 1/2 C Fresh Spinach
  • 1 C Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 C Roasted pine
  • 2 Cube chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 C Water
  • Basil


  • 1.
    Mix the thyme in a kitchen mixer with spinach, olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, black pepper, nutmeg, salt, sugar and pepper until the mixture is smooth. Then set aside.
  • 2.
    This step is for the pasta that you previously prepared. Next, add water to the pan, add chicken stock from Maggi until it melts and then add pasta
  • 3.
    Cook the pasta about a minute or two less than the instructions mentioned on the packaging
  • 4.
    Drain the pasta and place the cooked pasta back in the pot
  • 5.
    Add the pesto to the pasta and decorate with the roasted pines and basil leaves
