INGREDIENTS
- Spaghettini
- Lemon
- Mushroom
- Onion
- Parsley
- Chicken breast
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Tomato Sauce
- Chicken broth
- Cinnamon
- 3stalk Cloves
- Salt and Pepper
- Charcoal
Directions
- 1.Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes and season with salt and black pepper
- 2.Break Perfetto spaghettini into three halves or more and fry with a little butter and olive oil. Drain and place on the side.
- 3.In the same pan where the pasta was cooked, add the chopped onion and stir until it wilts
- 4.Add chicken breasts and stir well until they are fully cooked
- 5.Add salt, pepper and 3 stalks of cloves and cinnamon
- 6.Add the pasta to the chicken and then add the chicken broth generously
- 7.Leave the soup on the stove and simmer until it is cooked
- 8.Light the charcoal and put a deep stainless dish on the soup and put the charcoal and a few drops of oil and cover the pot immediately and put on a clean towel to conceal inside the smell of charcoal and give the flavor of barbecue
- 9.Open the pot after 10 minutes and serve the soup while its hot
