INGREDIENTS
- 500 g Nocciole
- 1 green bell pepper
- red bell pepper
- 1 grated carrots
- 4 cloves garlic mashed garlic
- 150 g peas
- 4 tomatoes
- 250 g minced meat
- 300 g Grated mozzarella cheese
- 100 g butter
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 200 ml Cooking cream
- Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp ginger
- Salt - black pepper
- Onion
Directions
- 1.We start boiling the pasta with boiling water and salt, and until they are ready we prepare the rest of the ingredients
- 2.Put the butter in a pan and cook the onion cubes and put the butter with the mashed garlic and spices until the onion browns
- 3.Put the minced meat on the onion with stirring until cooked
- 4.Remove meat from the pan and set aside
- 5.Cut the chilli cubes and place the same pan with a spoon butter over medium heat then add the grated carrot
- 6.Cut the tomatoes cubes and put them over the vegetables in the pan with sauce and let them sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper
- 7.Add the whipping cream and salt
- 8.Add half the amount of peas (canned or frozen) in the pan with vegetables and cream
- 9.Add half the grated cheese to the cream and vegetables and keep stirring on low heat
- 10.After the pasta is cooked half of the water and put vegetables on top with cream and cheese, and half the amount of minced meat and stir well
- 11.Prepare the oven tray and put the foil and put the pasta
- 12.On the surface put the remaining grated cheese, draw a heart with the remaining peas and put inside the minced meat
- 13.Cover with the remaining foil and enter the oven at 240 degrees for 5 minutes
- 14.Serve hot to enjoy the taste of cheese
