Pennettine Rigati with white sauce and pinach Pennettine Rigati

Cooking Time: 30 minutes


  • 200g Pennettine Rigati
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 100g Spinach
  • 50g Mozzarella cheese
  • 60g Butter
  • 60g Flour
  • 250g Milk
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • To Taste Thyme


  • 2.
    Prepare a cooking pan and add 2 tablespoon butter, garlic, onion and spinach and stir
  • 3.
    Add the salt and spices then the spinach and stir
  • 4.
    Then add the buttermilk and leave until boils then add the pasta and when the mix is fully cooke add the cheese
