Pasta with spicy chicken liver Chicken liver and chili pepper

Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • Spaghetti
  • Low carb Fusilli
  • Chili Pepper
  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper


  • 1.
    Cook the spaghetti according to the directions indicated on the pack and then drain it
  • 2.
    In a pan melt the butter then add the chicken liver, simmer for 5 minutes then remove the pan from the stove
  • 3.
    Leave the butter on the pan until it changes color then add onions, green chili pepper and cook on medium heat
  • 4.
    Chop the chicken liver into small dices then add to the pan
  • 5.
    Add some salt, pepper, pars;ey and to the liver and sage leaves then mix well
  • 6.
    In another pan add two tablespoon of olive oil then when its hot add a cup of tomato juice and a tablespoon of tomato sauce and leave on medium heat until fully cooked
  • 7.
    Serve the dish by adding pasta then the sauce, the chicken liver mix and decorate with parsley. Adding Parmesan cheese is optional
