INGREDIENTS
- Spaghetti
- Low carb Fusilli
- Chili Pepper
- Onion
- Parsley
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Tomato Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- 1.Cook the spaghetti according to the directions indicated on the pack and then drain it
- 2.In a pan melt the butter then add the chicken liver, simmer for 5 minutes then remove the pan from the stove
- 3.Leave the butter on the pan until it changes color then add onions, green chili pepper and cook on medium heat
- 4.Chop the chicken liver into small dices then add to the pan
- 5.Add some salt, pepper, pars;ey and to the liver and sage leaves then mix well
- 6.In another pan add two tablespoon of olive oil then when its hot add a cup of tomato juice and a tablespoon of tomato sauce and leave on medium heat until fully cooked
- 7.Serve the dish by adding pasta then the sauce, the chicken liver mix and decorate with parsley. Adding Parmesan cheese is optional
