Slice the chicken into then slices (fajita style) along with the onion and capsicum (green, red and yellow)
Add olive oil to the pan then when its heated add in the chicken; after the chicken is fully cooked remove it from the pan. Next add the onions, capsicum to the pan until they are wilted then add the chicken once again withe the salt, black pepper and paprika.
Then add the 6 cups of buttermilk and 500 grams of Perfetto Penne Lisce and cover the pot. Stirring occasionally. When the pasta is cooked add the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella and stir. Take the pot off the stove and serve hot
