Saffron and tapioca pasta with Shrimp

Cooking Time: 25 minutes


  • Denti de Cavallo
  • Coriander
  • Garlic
  • Lemon
  • Onion
  • Shrimp
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Saffron
  • 2 tbsp Cheese spread
  • 3/4 C Cooking cream
  • 2 C Water
  • 2-3 tbsp tapioca flour


  • 1.
    Cook the pasta and set aside
  • 2.
    In a pan saute the minced garlic with butter and add shrimp. Simmer for 5 minutes and take off the stove. Add lemon juice
  • 3.
    In a saucepan, sauté onion with garlic and spices, add liquids, tapioca flour and cheese, leave to thicken the textures, then transfer them to the mixer, grind it and return to the pot.
  • 4.
    Add the pasta to get the flavor leave for 10 minutes then serve
