Vermicelli with milk and cardamom An arabian taste

INGREDIENTS

  • 225g Cut Vermicelli
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 C Milk
  • 10 Pieces Cardamom
  • Raisin
  • 5 tbsp Sugar
  • 1tsb Salt

Directions

    In a pan place the butter then Perfetto vermicelli pasta and stir constantly until it changes to brown color. Add the milk slowly, then add the sugar, salt and cardamom and set aside until fully cooked
  • 3.
    Pour into serving cups and decorate with the milk. Serve warm
  • 4.
    You can replace the sugar with honey, but add the honey when it is time to serve
