Crunchy pasta With ground beef

Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • Spaghettini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 L Tomato Sauce
  • 1 L Water


  • 2.
    Place butter paper on a large oven tray and spread some olive oil. Then place the spaghettini and brush some olive oil on it
  • 3.
    Place it in the oven and flip every 2 minutes until it is a little crisp
  • 4.
    In a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 large chopped onion and mix well
  • 5.
    Add chopped garlic cloves and stir, add the minced meat and saute until the color changes
  • 6.
    Add the salt and black pepper and stir
  • 7.
    Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 liter of tomato juice and 1 liter of water and leave until boiling
  • 8.
    Break the roasted pasta into two halves and add to the pot and leave on low heat for 7 minutes
  • 9.
    Roasting pasta before putting it in the sauce gives us a crunchy taste

    Serve it hot
