INGREDIENTS
- Spaghettini
- 2 clove Garlic
- Onion
- Tomato
- Ground beef
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 L Tomato Sauce
- 1 L Water
Directions
- 2.Place butter paper on a large oven tray and spread some olive oil. Then place the spaghettini and brush some olive oil on it
- 3.Place it in the oven and flip every 2 minutes until it is a little crisp
- 4.In a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 large chopped onion and mix well
- 5.Add chopped garlic cloves and stir, add the minced meat and saute until the color changes
- 6.Add the salt and black pepper and stir
- 7.Add 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 liter of tomato juice and 1 liter of water and leave until boiling
- 8.Break the roasted pasta into two halves and add to the pot and leave on low heat for 7 minutes
- 9.Roasting pasta before putting it in the sauce gives us a crunchy taste
- 11.Serve it hot
