INGREDIENTS
- Cannelloni
- Carrot
- Onion
- Pea
- Tomato
- Ground beef
- Parmesan cheese
- Tomato sauce
- Sal and Pepper
Directions
- 1.Cook the pasta and drain. Then place it in cold water
- 2.In a pan place the ground beef and onion
- 3.Put the peas and carrots on the ground beef and put a teaspoon of tomato sauce and reduce the heat and simmer until they are cooked. Then put salt, black pepper and the shredded cheddar cheese
- 4.Put two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and put the chopped tomatoes and leave them a little. Then put a cube of chicken broth and two sauces Tomato sauce and a pinch of black pepper
- 5.Stuff the cannelloni with the ground beef mixture on a tray and add the tomato a sauce and pinch of shredded cheddar cheese
