In a pot on medium heat, put the olive oil, onion and garlic and stir well until the ingredients wilt. Add the tomato dice, sauce and stir. Add the spices, salt, black pepper, tandoori chili powder and sugar. Add a little water and leave for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
Cook the spaghetti according to instructions on the pack
Stir the pasta with the sauce and put in an oven tray. Place it in the oven and add a portion of cheese, olives, sausages and capsicum (green). Sprinkle the top with a mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Place in the oven at 200 degrees for five minutes and serve while hot (add a pinch of dried rosemary)
