- Gluten free Fusilli
- Onion
- Parsley
- Tomato
- Chicken breast
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Tomato sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- Curcuma
Directions
- 1.Divide the macaroni into three parts and boil a part with water and salt. Second part of the pasta boil it with water and curcuma. The third part of the pasta boil it with water and parsley; so we get the three colors. It is possible to cook the pasta without adding colors, but this gives it a beautiful form
- 2.In a skillet, add butter and oil and saute the onion. Then cut the chicken breasts into long strips and add to the onions. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 3.Add the tomato cubes and paste and then add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise sauce and stir well. Add about half a cup of water and a pinch of sugar to eliminate the flavor of the sauce and let the mixture simmer on a low heat until the chicken is cooked
- 4.Now the sauce is ready Put the pasta in the serving dish and add the mayonnaise sauce and chicken breasts
- 5.Decorate the parsley
