Chicken pasta With mayonnaise sauce

Cooking Time: 30 minutes


  • Gluten free Fusilli
  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • Tomato
  • Chicken breast
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Curcuma


  • 1.
    Divide the macaroni into three parts and boil a part with water and salt. Second part of the pasta boil it with water and curcuma. The third part of the pasta boil it with water and parsley; so we get the three colors. It is possible to cook the pasta without adding colors, but this gives it a beautiful form

    In a skillet, add butter and oil and saute the onion. Then cut the chicken breasts into long strips and add to the onions. Season with salt and black pepper.

    Add the tomato cubes and paste and then add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise sauce and stir well. Add about half a cup of water and a pinch of sugar to eliminate the flavor of the sauce and let the mixture simmer on a low heat until the chicken is cooked
  • 4.
    Now the sauce is ready Put the pasta in the serving dish and add the mayonnaise sauce and chicken breasts
  • 5.
    Decorate the parsley
