Penne lisce Pasta

With a Kabsa flavor

INGREDIENTS

  • Penne Lisce
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Chicken breast
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Cinnamon
  • Clove
  • Cumin
  • Ginger
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Curcuma

Directions

  • 1.
    In the pressure cooker, add two tablespoons of olive oil, add the onions and saute it a little, then add the garlic and ginger and stir
  • 2.
    Add the chicken strips and stir until the color changes and then add the spices
  • 3.
    Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce, stir them well, add a liter of water and leave to boil
  • 4.
    Add the pasta without cooking, chicken stock and salt. Cover the pressure cooker
  • 5.
    We leave it for 5 minutes on high heat and then put the heat down for 3 minutes and then close the heat.
  • 6.
    Place in the serving dish. Serve hot
