INGREDIENTS
- Nocciole
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Butter
- Flour
- Milk
- Olive Oil
- Rosemary
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- 1.Cook the pasta (aldente style)
- 2.Prepare the sauce, in a saucepan, place the butter and a tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat until it melts, add the flour and whisk until it is slightly sautéed, but not that it gets red and add the milk gradually, stirring constantly with a whisk so that it is not lumped. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Leave until it boils
- 3.Reduce the heat and add the cheese and stir until it melts and become a homogeneous sauce and then turn off the heat
- 4.Drain the pasta, return to the pot and stir well until the pasta and melted cheese are homogenized
- 5.Place in the serving dish, sprinkle with oregano
