Pasta with white sauce with Chicken

Cooking Time: 15 minutes


  • Denti de Cavallo
  • Broccoli
  • Capsicum
  • Garlic
  • Mushroom
  • Onion
  • Chicken Breast
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Butter
  • Cumin
  • Salt and Pepper


  • 1.
    Cut the chicken breast into thin slices
  • 2.
    Place the chicken in the pan with some butter until fully cooked
  • 3.
    In a second pan, add a little butter with the minced onions
  • 4.
    Then add the minced garlic and stir for a minute. Next add the vegetables (mushroom - olive - broccoli - green - or red or yellow) and add the pasta after boiling and cook for 5 minutes
  • 5.
    Then add a cup of heavy cream, cumin, salt, pepper and chicken pieces and add half a cup of mozzarella. Simmer for five minutes and then serve hot
