Bechamel pasta with delicious potatoes

Cooking Time: 40 minutes


  • 100 g Spaghetti
  • Basil
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Coriander
  • Mushroom
  • Onion
  • Pea
  • Potatoes
  • Tomato
  • Ground beef
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Butter
  • 250 ml Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 10 ml Olive oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper


  • 1.
    Cook the pasta as instructed on the pack and set aside
  • 2.
    Cook the ground beef in olive oil, add the chopped onions, salt, spices, and then add the carrots, as well as the basil and mushrooms
  • 3.
    After that we prepare the red sauce: Put a little oil and tomato sauce and then add the water (don't add too much water so the sauce does not become too light)
  • 4.
    Bring the boiled potatoes and mash them well then lay them in the oven dish
  • 5.
    Next we prepare the white sauce: Add butter and add chicken broth and stir it well then add the salt, spices as desired then add milk gradually with the addition of Mozzarella cheese
  • 6.
    Bring the oven dish, that has the mashed potatoes. Add the ground beef and then the Spaghetti, tomato sauce, and then add the white sauce on the top of the dish. Add tomato slices mushrooms and olives.
  • 7.
    Add the cheddar cheese and place in the oven on broil until it becomes gold
