We grind any kind of Perfetto pasta. I chose the cut vermicelli because it is easy to grind. We grind it well until we get a cup of semolina

In a pot, add 4 cups of milk, 1 cup of Perfetto pasta semolina and half a cup of sugar and stir well

Add water, floral water, rose water, and a pinch of Mastika and stir until the mixture boils

Add a cup of heavy cream and a quarter cup of whip cream to add a rich and unique taste to the dish

Mix the ingredients and then remove the pot from the stove and distribute it in one serving cup or a couple

Decorate with light syrup, almonds and fruits
