(Rishta) Lentil and pasta

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 g Quick Macaroni from Perfetto
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 150 g Onion, finely chopped
  • 15 g Garlic
  • 180 g Lentil
  • 1500 g Water
  • 75 g Coriander leaves, chopped

Directions

  • 1.
    Cook the pasta (Quick Macaroni) according to the instructions in the packs, Cool and strain then set aside.
  • 2.
    Warm olive oil in a pot and add onions and garlic. Cook for 4 mins.
  • 3.
    Add green lentil, water, and season it well.
  • 4.
    Cook on low heat for around 45 mins.
  • 5.
    Add in the macaroni and chopped coriander. Keep 1 tablespoon of coriander for garnish. Simmer in low heat for 5 mins.
  • 6.
    Remove from heat. Garnish with the remaining coriander and serve
