Pasta boats With ground beef

Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 100 g Avemarie Lisce
  • 1/2 piece Capsicum
  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 1/2 pack Corn
  • as desired Mushroom
  • 1 piece Onion
  • Parsley (to garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Peas
  • 1 piece Potato
  • 100 g Ground beef
  • 10 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • pinch Ginger
  • Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper


  • 1.
    Wash the potato and cook it half way then peel it. Divide it into two halves and empty the middle. Set aside the potatoes you carved out as it can be used with the tahini.

    Cook the pasta and drain
  • 3.
    Put in a pan the ground beef with onions and all the vegetables (cut vegetables as desired)
  • 4.
    Put the spices on top and then add the pasta with the meat and stir it. Then add the tomato sauce
  • 5.
    And leave on medium heat for 3 minutes and then prepare the serving dish and put the mixture in the potato molds and then decorated with parsley
