Spaghetti Cups

With vegetables and ranch sauce
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves

INGREDIENTS

  • Spaghetti
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Milk
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Oregano

Directions

  • 1.
    Break the spaghetti into 2 halves then cook the pasta by following the cooking instructions on the pack. When its done drain the pasta and set aside
  • 2.
    Put the Mayonnaise with the sour cream, milk, garlic, powder, oregano, Parmesan cheese, white pepper and salt and mix them well
  • 4.
    Place the carrot cubes in a pan with the butter and stir them. Put a little water and salt and cover until it's fully cooked
  • 5.
    Add the mushroom and stir for one minute
  • 6.
    In the serving cups add a little sauce then the vegetables and finally the spaghetti, then repeat the layers
  • 7.
    And decorate with basil
