Cannelloni with bechamel sauce

Cooking Time: 45 minutes


  • 250 g Cannelloni
  • 1 To Taste Capsicum
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 150 ml Parmesan cheese
  • 100 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1 C Milk
  • 150 ml Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper


  • 1.
    In a nonstick skillet add the olive oil, onions and garlic, and stir well. Then place the ground beef, salt and spices and stir well. Keep on low heat until cooked
  • 2.
    To prepare the bechamel; add the butter in a pan to melt and then add the flour and stir. Add the milk and leave it to boil and then add a cup of cooking cream
  • 3.
    Prepare the cannelloni and add the stuffing
  • 4.
    In a pyrex dish, place a spoon of the bechamel sauce and then add the pasta. Pour the sauce on top and scatter the cheese. Place it in the oven for 45 minutes until cooked.
