Avemarie Lisce Kufta with cheese stuffing

  • 100 g Avemarie Lisce
  • 50 g Minced Meat
  • 50 g Mozarella
  • Slide Cheese
  • 30 g Flour
  • 30 g Tomato Sauce
  • Salt-Pepper
  • Mint
  • Paprika
  • Thyme
  • Turmeric


  • 1.
    Cook the pasta and prepare the kufta. Place the cooked pasta, ground beef, spices, flour, sauce, and butter in a dish and mash them
  • 2.
    We form the dough circles, put the cheese in the middle, wrap it in the core, and repeat the process until it is finished
  • 3.
    Heat the oil on medium heat and fry the kufta
  • 4.
    Serve with a pinch of dried mint leaves and homemade BBQ sauce
