Boil the meat in the pot. In a separate pot add water, onions (largely diced) and the spices (cinnamon, arabic coffee bean, bay leaf, dried lemons).
Next add the meat (medium dices) and cover the pot. Let it cook for one hour. Later remove the meat and keep the broth.
In a different pot add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the minced onions, saute until fully cooked then add the garlic and vegetables (grated carrots, capsicum and diced tomatoes) to the mix. Stir the mix then add the meat, cumin, curcuma, pepper and salt.
Then add the pasta to the mixture and the meat broth, until you cover the ingredients. Add water if necessary. After boiling, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
When serving distribute the cashews and use chopped parsley for decoration
