INGREDIENTS
- 450g spaghetti
- 10g garlic
- 200g onions
- 50g tomato
- 250g minced meat
- 100g minced meat
- 100g Mozzarella Cheese
- 100g butter
- 30g flour
- 50ml Milk
- 100g tomato sauce
- 200g Cooking cream
- Salt - Black Pepper
- 10g Thyme
Directions
- 1.Boil the spaghetti pasta the filter it from water well
- 2.add cube of butter and add flour in a saucepan over a fire and add little milk and a large cup of cooking cream and when the sauce thickens mix it with pasta, salt, black pepper, thyme and dry basil
- 3.And put the pasta in the foil cupcake molds
- 4.We prepare the kofta by mixing onion and tomato, salt and black pepper and add them to the minced meat
- 5.We make a kofta in the form of medium-thickness circular discs and put it over the pasta in the cupcake foils
- 6.Bring the pan on the fire and put a cube of butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, sauce , salt, black pepper, thyme and dry basil.
- 7.Spread the sauce on the surface and add the cheddar cheese and mozzarella
- 8.We put the foil in a large tray and cover them with foil and keep in a hot oven for 15 minutes and then remove the foil.
