Spaghetti cupcake With kofta and cheese

Cooking Time: 35 minutes


  • 450 g spaghetti
  • 10 g garlic
  • 200 g onions
  • 50 g tomato
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 100 g minced meat
  • 100 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 100 g tomato sauce
  • 200 g Cooking cream
  • Salt - Black Pepper
  • 10 g Thyme


  • 1.
    Boil the spaghetti pasta the filter it from water well
  • 2.
    add cube of butter and add flour in a saucepan over a fire and add little milk and a large cup of cooking cream and when the sauce thickens mix it with pasta, salt, black pepper, thyme and dry basil

    And put the pasta in the foil cupcake molds

    We prepare the kofta by mixing onion and tomato, salt and black pepper and add them to the minced meat

    We make a kofta in the form of medium-thickness circular discs and put it over the pasta in the cupcake foils
  • 6.
    Bring the pan on the fire and put a cube of butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, sauce , salt, black pepper, thyme and dry basil.

    Spread the sauce on the surface and add the cheddar cheese and mozzarella
  • 8.
    We put the foil in a large tray and cover them with foil and keep in a hot oven for 15 minutes and then remove the foil.
