INGREDIENTS
- 200g Pennettine Rigati
- 50g Vermicelli
- 1500g Milk
- 200g Heavy Cooking cream
- 1/4tbsp Cinnamon
- 1500g Buttermilk
- 200g Whipping cream
- 1/2C Sugar
- Vanilla
- 1tbsp Corn flour
- Strawberry and Cacao powder (for decoration)
Directions
- 1.Boil the buttermilk, then add the uncooked pasta to the boiled buttermilk. Remove from the stove and cover for two hours
- 2.Start serving them in midsize serving cups and decorate with vermicelli and a pinch of cacao powder and fruits. For fruits, I suggest apple slices or cubed mangoes
- 3.The last step is to add the melted corn flour and notice how all the ingredients mix together
