Pasta dessert Perfetto dessert

Cooking Time: 30 minutes


  • 200 g Pennettine Rigati
  • 50 g Vermicelli
  • 1500 g Milk
  • 200 g Heavy Cooking cream
  • 1/4 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1500 g Buttermilk
  • 200 g Whipping cream
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Strawberry and Cacao powder (for decoration)


  • 1.
    Boil the buttermilk, then add the uncooked pasta to the boiled buttermilk. Remove from the stove and cover for two hours
  • 2.
    Start serving them in midsize serving cups and decorate with vermicelli and a pinch of cacao powder and fruits. For fruits, I suggest apple slices or cubed mangoes
  • 3.
    The last step is to add the melted corn flour and notice how all the ingredients mix together
