Gluten Free Fusilli Pasta

with Feta Cheese and Mint

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Perfetto Fusilli Gluten Free Pasta
  • 180g Tomatoes cut into pieces
  • 80g Feta cheese divided into pieces
  • 20g Fresh mint
  • 2 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Directions

  • 1.
    Cook the Fusilli Gluten Free Pasta in salted water following the package cooking time, drain it.
  • 2.
    Add the feta cheese, tomatoes, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • 3.
    Mix well and serve.
