INGREDIENTS
- 250 g Perfetto Fusilli Gluten Free Pasta
- 180 g Tomatoes cut into pieces
- 80 g Feta cheese divided into pieces
- 20 g Fresh mint
- 2 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Directions
- 1.Cook the Fusilli Gluten Free Pasta in salted water following the package cooking time, drain it.
- 2.Add the feta cheese, tomatoes, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- 3.Mix well and serve.
