Fettuccine with meatballs and mozzarella cheese

Cooking Time: 30 minutes


  • Fettuccine
  • Capsicum
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Parsley
  • Tomato
  • Ground beef
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
  • Egg
  • Olive oil
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Dried thyme
  • Rosemary


  • 1.
    Cook the pasta and then drain. Set aside and cover with a spoon of olive oil
  • 2.
    We prepare the sauce by putting a frying pan on medium heat and adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When heated add the diced onion, diced tomatoes, diced capsicum and 2 cloves of garlic. Sauce and stir until the vegetables wilt, and then put in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and a quarter cup of water. And we cover the frying pan until the vegetables are fully cooked

    Then put the mixture in the blender and we blend it then put it back in the same frying pan after adding a tablespoon of olive oil. Add salt, black pepper, dry thyme, rosemary and dry basil and simmer until it boils

    We prepare the meatballs with ground beef and eggs, cheddar cheese, a spoon and a half of bread crumbs, onions, chopped parsley. Shape them into meatballs

    Add butter to a pan and melt over medium heat and dip in the meatballs and fry them
  • 6.
    And in the same pan sauté the meatballs add onion cubes and when it wilts we add minced garlic, 2 spoons of tomato sauce, a cup of tomato juice and simmer until it's fully cooked
  • 7.
    In a pyrex dish add a spoon of the sauce and arrange the meatballs on top. Finally we add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese and cover the dish. Place it in a preheated oven then remove the cover and broil for 10 minutes
