Fischioni Rigati Pasta

  • 180g Perfetto Fischioni Rigati Pasta
  • 70g Tomato paste
  • 20g Broccoli
  • 20g Carrots
  • 10g Red Pepper
  • 10g Green Pepper
  • 10g Yellow Pepper
  • 15g Fresh mushrooms
  • 10g Black olives
  • 20g Zucchini
  • 5g Garlic
  • 10g Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper


  • 1.
    Cook Macaroni according to package directions
  • 2.
    Boil water and blench the carrots, broccoli, peppers, fresh mushrooms and zucchini.
  • 3.
    Brown the garlic in the extra virgin olive oil; then add the tomato paste and make it boil.
  • 4.
    Add all vegetables in the sauce.
  • 5.
    Cook the Fischioni Rigati Pasta in salted water following the package cooking time, drain and pour into the pan together with the vegetables sauce.
  • 6.
    Cook over a moderate heat of 1 minute.
  • 7.
    The above recipe serves two persons
