Elbow Rigati Tortilla

With black beans and sesame tahini
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Elbow Rigati
  • Chili Pepper
  • Prsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 500g boiled red beans
  • white tortilla
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  • 2.
    Method: Mix all ingredients together except for the tahini.
  • 3.
    In the pan add some olive oil and put the Tortilla, then a spoon of tahini and the stuffing. Put the Tortilla on the pan and flip on each side for 3 minutes .. Simple and fast
