Elbow Regati Pie

with Minced Meat and Zucchini

INGREDIENTS

  • Elbow Rigati Pasta
  • Carrot
  • Chili
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Zucchini
  • Minced Meat
  • Parmesan
  • Cheddar
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Salt- Black pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Cooking Cream
  • Yogurt
  • Cream

Directions

  • 4.
    In a saucepan, heat olive oil then add garlic and minced meat, spice, carrot and the chili with 1/4 cup cooking cream and cream
  • 5.
    then add the pasta to the mix after it's cooked and become aldante, leave it on low flame for 15 min.
  • 6.
    serve it in a nice dish
