Elbow Rigati balls with chili pepper

Cooking Time: 30 minutes


  • Elbow Rigati
  • Chili Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Bechamel sauce
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomato sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Toasted breadcrumbs
  • Corn flour
  • 1/4 C Cooking cream
  • 2 tbsp Cheese spread


  • 2.
    Cook the pasta in water, salt and tomato sauce. Set aside until it cools down then mash the pasta
  • 3.
    In a saucepan, put two of the corn flour with two tablespoons of powdered milk, black pepper, garlic, salt, water, cooking cream and cheese.
  • 4.
    Leave it on medium heat until it becomes thick and then turn off the stove. Add it to the pasta then let it cool. Add chili Pepper without the seeds. Stuff the chili pepper with cheddar cheese.
  • 5.
    Shape the pasta into round shapes and inside it the stuffed chili pepper. Cover in egg and bread crumbs and fry them
