INGREDIENTS
- 100g Spaghetti
- Coriander
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Shrimp
- 50g Butter
- To Taste Vinegar
- 5 g Cumin
- 5g Paprika
- To Taste Salt Pepper
Directions
- 1.Devein and clean 250 grams of shrimp leaving the tail behind
- 2.Marinate the shrimps in 1 tsp black pepper powder , 1 tsp paprika powder , 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp vinegar and salt to taste
- 3.Cook 100 grams of spaghetti as per the directions on the box
- 4.Now take 4 strands of spaghetti and align them and roll the marinated spaghetti from head to tail ensuring the entire shrimp is covered now carefully tuck in the ends
- 5.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the spaghetti coated shrimp till it gets a crispy and golden texture
- 6.Now melt butter add in crushed garlic and squeeze in half a lemon and brush the fried spaghetti with this mix
- 7.Serve hot with your favorite dip and enjoy !
