Cook the penne lisce pasta from Perfetto according to the cooking instructions on the pack; add one teaspoon of salt to the boiling water then drain the pasta. Add a tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of black pepper, thyme and dried basil to the pasta.
Cut the beef into long thin slices meanwhile add butter to a pan. When it melts add the beef to the pan and let cook for five minutes then place it on the plate
In the same pan add 2 tablesppons of butter when it melts add the minced onions and saute until it changes to golden color then add thin slices of mushrooms and stir. Finally add a pinch of salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, and dried coriander
Add the beef to the pan with one tablespoon of soy sauce, stir for a while then add heavy cooking cream and simmer for 20 minutes
We serve the dish with the pasta and the meat and sauce mixture on top, decorate the dish and sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese
