- Penne Lisce
- Carrot
- Garlic
- Mushroom
- Onion

- Mozzarella cheese
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Heavy whipping cream
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- Thyme
Directions
- 1.Cook the penne lisce pasta from Perfetto according to the cooking instructions on the pack; add one teaspoon of salt to the boiling water then drain the pasta. Add a tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of black pepper, thyme and dried basil to the pasta.
- 2.Cut the beef into long thin slices meanwhile add butter to a pan. When it melts add the beef to the pan and let cook for five minutes then place it on the plate
- 3.In the same pan add 2 tablesppons of butter when it melts add the minced onions and saute until it changes to golden color then add thin slices of mushrooms and stir. Finally add a pinch of salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, and dried coriander
- 4.Add the beef to the pan with one tablespoon of soy sauce, stir for a while then add heavy cooking cream and simmer for 20 minutes
- 5.We serve the dish with the pasta and the meat and sauce mixture on top, decorate the dish and sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese
