Shrimp Pasta with Saffron Sauce

Cooking Time: 25 minutes


  • 440g Spaghetti
  • To Taste Basil
  • 1 Chili
  • 10g Garlic
  • 10g Dried tomatoes
  • 150g Shrimp
  • 150g Parmesan Cheese
  • 100g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 250g béchamel sauce
  • 15g butter
  • 150g cooking cream
  • 5g Paprika
  • 5g Rosemary
  • To Taste Salt - Black Pepper
  • 10g Thyme
  • 4 g Saffron


  • 1.
    Roast shrimp with butter, garlic and herbs and set aside
  • 2.
    Boil Perfetto pasta with water and salt half boiled
  • 3.
    Put the béchamel sauce on the same shrimp pan and add cooking cream, spices, salt, pepper, cheese, saffron and adjust the texture to be liquid by adding hot milk
  • 4.
    Add shrimp, dried tomatoes, boiled pasta, saffron sauce and turn off the fire
  • 5.
    Bake the recipe covered by foil in the oven, till its well-cooked.
