For the dressing, whisk the ginger, vinegar, oil, sesame oil, orange juice, soup mix, garlic, and sugar until will mixed. Cover and set aside in the fridge
Boil a large pot of water and add the pasta. Cook until aldente, about 8 to 10 minutes, drain, and rinse with cold water.
Put pasta in a bowl ,add apple slices and mix then add the dressing and served
you can also add vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes but I prefer to test the crispy taste of apple only
