INGREDIENTS
- Penne Lisce
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Onion
- Peas
- Tomatoes
- Fish
- Butter
- Olive Oil
- Tomato Paste
- Salt, Black Pepper
Directions
- 9.Cut the fish fillet into small cubes, season it with salt, pepper and cumin
- 10.in a saucepan, add butter, olive oil then sauté the onion then add garlic
- 11.add the fillet, let it cook till it turned gold
- 12.add all the vegetables and stir
- 13.add salt, black pepper and sprinkle fish spices
- 14.add 1L of tomato juice, tomato paste and water. leave them until it's boiled then add Penne pasta
- 15.cook and stir until al dente; drain.
- 16.serve it hot
