Cut the fish fillet into small cubes, season it with salt, pepper and cumin
in a saucepan, add butter, olive oil then sauté the onion then add garlic
add the fillet, let it cook till it turned gold
add all the vegetables and stir
add salt, black pepper and sprinkle fish spices
add 1L of tomato juice, tomato paste and water. leave them until it's boiled then add Penne pasta
cook and stir until al dente; drain.
serve it hot
