Pasta Nests

With kofta and marinara sauce
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves

INGREDIENTS

  • 7pcs Vermicelli
  • 1 Garlic
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 200gm minced meat
  • 100gm Mozzarella Cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 50gm tomato sauce
  • Thyme

Directions

  • 1.
    Boil pasta with salted water until cooked
  • 2.
    Mix the minced meat with minced onion and garlic and flavor it with spices, salt and pepper and round them in medium sizes
  • 3.
    Prepare the marinara sauce by heating a little olive oil and brown the garlic until it wilts. Add the tomato juice and the sauce and flavor it with salt, pepper and wild thyme.
  • 4.
    Add a layer of sauce in a serving dish over the tin paper and nests above it and add inside each nest a little sauce and grated mozzarella cheese and balls of kofta and finally on the face Sprinkle some cheese and enter the oven for 10 minutes
