INGREDIENTS
- 7 pcs Vermicelli
- 1 Garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- 200 gm minced meat
- 100 gm Mozzarella Cheese
- Olive oil
- 50 gm tomato sauce
- Thyme
Directions
- 1.Boil pasta with salted water until cooked
- 2.Mix the minced meat with minced onion and garlic and flavor it with spices, salt and pepper and round them in medium sizes
- 3.Prepare the marinara sauce by heating a little olive oil and brown the garlic until it wilts. Add the tomato juice and the sauce and flavor it with salt, pepper and wild thyme.
- 4.Add a layer of sauce in a serving dish over the tin paper and nests above it and add inside each nest a little sauce and grated mozzarella cheese and balls of kofta and finally on the face Sprinkle some cheese and enter the oven for 10 minutes
