INGREDIENTS
- Vermicelli
- Capsicum
- Carrot
- Corn
- Mushroom
- Pea
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Bechamel sauce
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- 1.Cook the vermicelli for 4 minutes with a little salt added
- 2.Cut vegetables into small dices
- 3.Put a little butter in a pan and then put all the vegetables until slightly wilted with a little addition of black pepper and Italian spices
- 4.Prepare the béchamel sauce with a little mozzarella cheese
- 5.Put the vermicelli in a pyrex baking dish and then add the bechamel sauce
- 6.We put vegetables prepared above the vermicelli and then add a little mozzarella cheese and a little Italian spices
- 7.The dish is placed into the oven for 5 minutes and is served hot as main dish
