Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla and vinegar until it’s white and creamy.
Add vegetable oil, mix well.
Add thick cream and milk, mix well.
Add gradually sifted flour, corn flour and baking powder, mix well.
Fry the vermicelli with butter until golden, set aside.
Brush a pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Add the cake batter and cover it with the golden vermicelli.
Bake for 45 minutes, when it’s done and hot pour the condensed milk all over it.
Garnish with pistachio and serve hot.
