Spaghettini Pasta with pumpkin sauce

Cooking Time: 50 minutes


  • 250 g Perfetto Spaghettini
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 C dried tomatoes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • To make the pumpkin sauce:
  • 3 sage leaves, thinly chopped
  • 1 ½ C pumpkin sauce
  • 1 ½ C tomato sauce
  • 4 C chicken stock
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • ½ C cooking cream

    Cook your Perfetto Spaghettini according to the instructions on the pack

    In a large pan, cook the ground beef. Add the onions, chili powder, and garlic powder. If mixture seems dry, add some water.

    To prepare the pumpkin sauce: in a pan on medium heat, add the dried tomatoes with a few tablespoons of oil. Then, add the onions, garlic and sage, and cook until soft. Add the pumpkin paste and the tomato paste. Add the chicken stock and basil leaves. Cook the sauce over low heat for 15 minutes. If the sauce seems too thick, add water. Mix the sauce with a mixer until you achieve a smooth consistency. Finally, add the cooking cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Mix the Perfetto Spaghettini well with the ground beef and pumpkin sauce.
  • 5.
    Add a cheese of your choice and serve hot.
