INGREDIENTS
- 1pack Perfetto Spaghettini
- 1tbsp sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ½C chopped carrots
- ½C chopped red peppers
- ½C chopped cabbage
- ½C chopped mushrooms
- ½C chopped broccoli
- ½C chopped Bok Choy
- For the sauce:
- 2tbsp dark soy saucetbsp
- 1tbsp light soy sauce
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1tsp sugar
Directions
- 1.Cook Perfetto Spaghettini according to pack instructions.
- 2.Shake all the ingredients of the sauce in a jar and set aside.
- 3.Heat a wok, pan or skillet and add sesame oil. Add the green onions and vegetables to the hot pan on high heat. Stir fry until tender for 5 minutes. Add water to loosen up brown bits. Add cooked Spaghettini and half the sauce quantity. Toss everything together in the hot pan to combine.
- 4.Add more sauce if needed.
- 5.Serve hot and topped with green onions.
