INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Perfetto Spaghettini
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- ½ C chopped carrots
- ½ C chopped red peppers
- ½ C chopped cabbage
- ½ C chopped mushrooms
- ½ C chopped broccoli
- ½ C chopped Bok Choy
- For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp dark soy saucetbsp
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- 1.Cook Perfetto Spaghettini according to pack instructions.
- 2.Shake all the ingredients of the sauce in a jar and set aside.
- 3.Heat a wok, pan or skillet and add sesame oil. Add the green onions and vegetables to the hot pan on high heat. Stir fry until tender for 5 minutes. Add water to loosen up brown bits. Add cooked Spaghettini and half the sauce quantity. Toss everything together in the hot pan to combine.
- 4.Add more sauce if needed.
- 5.Serve hot and topped with green onions.
