Spaghetti pasta primavera

Serves

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Oz. Spaghetti Pasta
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • ½ C parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • 1.
    Cook the pasta according to package directions
  • 2.
    While the pasta cooks, drizzle the olive oil in a deep – sided sauce pan over medium heat • Sauté the garlic for 1 minute. add the vegetables and cook for an additional 5 – 7 minutes until tender but not overcooked.
  • 3.
    Drain the pasta and add to the sauce pan with the vegetables
  • 4.
    Stir in the butter. Parmesan cheese, and salt. Toss to combine
  • 5.
    Serve with apples on the side
