INGREDIENTS
- 8 Oz. Spaghetti Pasta
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
- ½ C parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1.Cook the pasta according to package directions
- 2.While the pasta cooks, drizzle the olive oil in a deep – sided sauce pan over medium heat • Sauté the garlic for 1 minute. add the vegetables and cook for an additional 5 – 7 minutes until tender but not overcooked.
- 3.Drain the pasta and add to the sauce pan with the vegetables
- 4.Stir in the butter. Parmesan cheese, and salt. Toss to combine
- 5.Serve with apples on the side
