Pennetine Regati Pasta with smoked salmon recipe

Cooking Time: 6 minutes


  • 400 g Perfetto Pennettine
  • 250 g Crème Fraiche
  • ¼ cup chopped Fresh Herbs, chives, parsley, dill
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 180 g smoked salmon, cut into stripes
  • ¼ cup cornichons, chopped


  • 1.
    Cook Perfetto pasta according to the instructions on the box
  • 2.
    In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraiche, herbs, lemon juice and lemon zest
  • 3.
    Drain well, return the pasta to the warm pot, stir in the creamy herb mixture and gently fold in the salmon, capers & cornichons
  • 4.
    Serve the pasta, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
