INGREDIENTS
- 400 g Perfetto Pennettine
- 250 g Crème Fraiche
- ¼ cup chopped Fresh Herbs, chives, parsley, dill
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 180 g smoked salmon, cut into stripes
- ¼ cup cornichons, chopped
Directions
- 1.Cook Perfetto pasta according to the instructions on the box
- 2.In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraiche, herbs, lemon juice and lemon zest
- 3.Drain well, return the pasta to the warm pot, stir in the creamy herb mixture and gently fold in the salmon, capers & cornichons
- 4.Serve the pasta, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
