Pasta with tomatoes and olives with a Spanish flavor

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack Pennettine Rigati
  • 2 C chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ C Spanish black olives
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Red chilli
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Directions

  • 2.
    Sauté onions and garlic on a fire in olive oil until wilted
  • 3.
    Add tomatoes and ketchup
  • 4.
    Add chicken broth and spices leave it until it boils and the sauce thickens, then add the boiled pasta to it
  • 5.
    Serve hot with olives garnish
